How Does It Work?

Once we receive your pack our team of experienced and fully trained staff will value all your items on weight and carat using our state of the art gold testing machines to ensure we pay you out on the exact gold content of your items.

All our staff are expertly trained in testing precious metals accurately, ensuring that you get paid exactly what you deserve for the gold you send to us. Please remember that we only pay for the metal so allowances in the weight of your jewellery will be made if they contain stones or wires.

We value your precious metals according to the prices for that day, which is fixed twice daily according to the London Stock exchange. So remember the price of your items will go up and down according to the days price fix when we receive your items.

Security of your items is of our upmost concern whilst they’re handled by us. This is why all packages are locked in secure safes in fully secure premises if left over night and all our metal testing centres are fitted out with CCTV for your piece of mind! No package is opened or handled without footage being recorded.
Once we have worked out the exact amount of gold all your items contain we’ll ring you within 48 hours with an offer, on excepting we’ll send you your money by cheque, cash or bank transfer to ensure you get your money in the easiest possible way for you!
