Our team of experienced and fully-trained staff will use state-of-the-art metal testing equipment to weigh and test the carat rating of each piece.

This will ensure you are paid for the ACTUAL GOLD, PLATINUM OR SILVER content of the items you have sent.

(Please note that we pay only for the gold, platinum or silver. Precious stones or wires are not included in the weight.)
We value gold, platinum and silver according to the prices quoted at the London Stock Exchange. The prices change twice daily, so it is important to remember that the value of the items you send can vary, depending on the day’s price.

We understand that security is uppermost in your mind, which is why we pledge to keep your items under lock and key in our safe and secure premises.

All our metal-testing centres are fitted with state-of-the-art CCTV – and the opening and handling of all packages are recorded.
