What kind of gold do you buy?

Rex Johnson & Sons will buy all your broken, unwanted or damaged gold. It doesn't matter what condition your item is in we will buy it!

Is my gold safe?

You will receive your free gold pack on request which contains a prepaid and insured special delivery envelope for you to return your items to us! Your items will be automatically insured up to £500 butif you think your items are worth more than this please increase the insurance at your post office, simply ask at the time you hand over your envelope!

How will I know you have received my parcel?

The Special Delivery service guarantees next working day delivery, When we receive your pack we will then ring you within 48 hours to give you an offer. If you don’t receive this call please don’t hesitate to email us at enquires@rexjohnsononline.com or call our customer services number on

What happens if I don't accept your offer?

In the unlikely event that you do not wish to accept our offer then we will return your items to you free of charge, we send all return parcels fully insured for your piece of mind, so there really is no risk to you.
